Amazing dealership. This is the second New Jeep I bought from them with in 4 months. I bought one the end of August, got into an accident and totaled that Jeep. Because of how great they were the first time I went back to them, I didn’t even consider going to a different dealership. Just bought the second one and once again they were great. I will never even look at other dealerships, no point, I found the best so why look elsewhere. Their sales (Chad Davis) and financing (Evan Nikolaj) staff are the best, they work hard to get you exactly what you want and work even harder to get you the best financing they can. When I called Chad and told him the Jeep I bought there in August was totaled and that I wanted another one and what I wanted, he started looking right away, and over the weekend he found exactly what I wanted and once I said that I wanted it, he had it in his lot the next day. Couldn’t ask for better Customer Service that. Their service staff are just as Amazing, no BS run around, they fix the problem right away no matter how minor the problem is. My first jeep had 2 minor issues, one the steering wheel center cap had a very small crack and they replaced it right away, the second issue it had a noice, they didn’t know what it was at first, but then took it for a second test drive and determined the noice was from the trim, they were going to pull it apart to fix it, but I got into an accident before that appointment. That’s amazing Customer Service. I’ve had an extremely bad experience with a different dealership (Lemonderry Dodge) before Kas @ St. Albert Dodge helped me. That experience was so bad I was never going to buy another FCA vehicle again. Then St. Albert Dodge stepped in and not only took care of the issue I was having they made me a Jeep guy for life.

JuJu, The Best Salesman Juju is a great Salesman, Respectful, Polite, Understanding, Down to Earth, Friendly! Went above and beyond to put me into a new truck! Couldn't be happier! I love my Ram 1500! Spoke to me like we have been friends since we were kids! Doesn't treat anyone like a customer, but rather he treats you like a part of his family! Highly Recommend Juju to put you into the vehicle of your dreams! Amazing Experience with you my friend and I hope to see you again in the future! 5 Stars ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ all the way!
