Kara was very nice. But whoever worked on my car not happy.

When I took my car into Honda . I have no lights on my dash . Now my Daytime running lights (DRL will not go out and also my regular scheduled maintenance.light is on and will not turn off. Not happy.

Excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Exceptional after sales service. I bought my CRV in 2015 from Matt Battistoni. Almost 9 years later, while I was at Honda for servicing, he kindly took time, during his lunch break, to connect my cell phone to my car bluetooth system. Going above and beyond the call of duty. Despite the situation we are facing, the service was very good. Service on my vehicle was completed within the day (half day actually). Usually it takes longer than a day. Happy with this service visit.
