Visited Travis Macael at South Trail Chrysler for a Jeep Grand Cherokee. He had the vehicles washed and ready to test drive out front as soon as I got there. Enjoyable experience, no hassles, had a great time, did not feel like a chore at all. Make sure you ask for Travis when you visit!

Mackenzie was awesome. Service department is top notch. To bad the salesman didn’t have the same work ethic. Maybe don’t judge someone by their appearance. “Maybe this is more your budget”. Lol that man had 100k in his pocket.

The service I got was great! This isn’t against the gentleman that helped me out. But one of my best friends used to work at a dealership and her salary was based on these surveys. Which is total crap! Hopefully you guys haven’t followed suit with that.

Right from the beginning, my experience at South Trail was better than expected. I had the pleasure of working with Brodie and he really knocked it out of the park. Couldn't say enough nice things about how well he handled all the aspects of this transaction. If you're considering a new or used Jeep, Dodge, or Chrysler, you should have Brodie help you during your visit! Not discounting the hard work that the team in financing did for us at all lol (thanks again Taylor). Super thrilled still over everything and all thanks to a little classic customer service. Thank you South Trail, and thank you again Brodie!
