Lies
August 20, 2021
Bought a 4 oil change package was told if got new vehicle it was transferable. Which was only reason that I decided to go for it. Got new vehicle go to use my oil change package and was told that I was lied to and it wasn’t transferable. Even the guy that lied to me then lied to my face and said he never said it and there was nothing they would do for me. After 20 minutes of explaining how I always bring my vehicles to them to repair or do oil changes since the dealer opened. And that I have referred 3 people to buy from this dealership. Finally gave in and gave me a basic oil change nothing else. So a nearly 400$ package got me 1 of 4 peace of mind services and a 40$ oil change. Needless to say will never refer anyone to this dealership again, never bring vehicle there for service again, as well as have had my company buy parts from them that will also never happen again In short don’t waste your time going to this dealership

Very quick Advisor contact when you first drive in. A very clean entrance bay! Work completed when promised. Attention to vehicle needs appreciated. We trust the work recommended and completed. We have used the same Advisors since 2016 and appreciate the consistency.

Excellent service, was quoted a 1 1/2 and was able to get my hair cut and chat with a sales guy for a few moments and was in and out in less then a hour.

Great job!! Advisor was clear and called before any additional work would have been preformed. Reasonable prices for services. I like that when I bring my vehicle here for any service I’m told what will be done and how much it will cost. No surprises when I pick up.

Their finance team has always treated me right. Last year Taylor C got me into a great vehicle. My loyalty stayed with South Trail Jeep and this time Kyle S took care of my finances. Came in with a few blemishes on the credit and Kyle worked above and beyond and was able to get me into a 2021 vehicle at a great rate! The finance guys are awesome here!!!

I wish I had bought my Jeep here. My husband went in to book a service appointment for me as I was having a minor issue and there was a recall to be done as well. Not once were we asked if I bought the vehicle at their dealership before booking an appointment. Everyone we spoke with was amazing and friendly. Frank called me to clarify a request I made and to ensure I understood my service package that I purchased with the vehicle so that I can be sure to get the most use of my expenditure. Connor went the extra mile to help me out and remove the decals from the dealership I purchased the Jeep from as I have had a horrible experience with them since the purchase and do not want to advertise for them. I woll 100% be taking my Jeep and Caravan there for all our service needs and will 100% be buying my next vehicle here when the time comes. This is a dealership that clearly values their customers and the service doesn't end the moment the bank transfers the money to them.
