My husband recently purchased a Ram from this dealership. I was asked to cosign for him but later discovered I was the sole name on the paperwork which was very surprising as it was not explained to me. Also the price we were given is no where close to what is listed on their website. I feel taken advantage of and a hard lesson to learn. Please be careful when financing thru this company.

Hello Carrie, while I cannot discuss things of a personal nature or get to specific, the documents would have been explained during the purchase and the documents that were signed would have been read in full by all parties involved. As far as the price of the vehicle it can sometimes seem higher when vehicles that were traded in have money still owing that gets added in, or there is cash back. I’d like to do business here since they are in my neighbourhood, but every time I shop for a new car I give this dealership a chance. They just continue to disappoint. It’s puzzling they have 4.6 stars which I don’t understand. I reached out and spoke with someone who I felt spoke in riddles and too busy to explain things. Maybe other folks like “fun guys”, I just want the best deal from someone who’s responsive. I may try another sales person.

Double payment

This is the second time as there was no coordination between parts and services regarding payment. They charged me double and I would not have caught it unless I have checked. This has occurred twice now where they have charged me double.

Need a thorough diagnosis

My Ram was leaking fluid. When I first went into the dealership, they noticed that I had changed my oil at Mr. Lube and blamed the 3rd party oil filter for the fluid leak. They suggested that I pay $70 plus labour to replace the filter with a proper one. I said that I would take it back to Mr. Lube to get resolved. After the folks at Mr. Lube inspected the truck, they showed me that there was no sign of any fluid on the filter. I saw it for myself as they took me under the truck. Instead I saw fluid leaking from my strut. When I went back to the dealership, they refuted the findings at first. After re-inspection, they ended up fixing it. I was disappointed with the mechanic, as it seemed like they didn't even look at my truck the first time. The dealership's credibility took a huge hit in my eyes.

Since the moment we were reached out by the credit team and specifically by Mathews, the experience was good, since we were heard and explained every step of the process; how was the approval of the loan was going to be , the options we had and how knowledgeable and patient Mathews was with us, was amazing and simply gave us the peace of mind to rebuild our credit and get our vehicle . We were in the market for a new truck. We knew exactly what we wanted, and because of the shortage of new and used trucks, we had to go all over the city to find what we wanted. Every time we went to a new dealership, they would make us sit down and fill out the intake form, despite our objections. It was a huge waste of time since I knew what I wanted, and just needed to see the lot and find out what inventory they had. Dima at South trail was awesome. I called him up and asked what he had, he told me he would check (while I was driving there). When I arrived, he took me around the lot right away and showed me exactly the trucks I needed to see, and when I told him my wife was at home putting our son to sleep, he insisted I take the truck home for the night to show her. He was simply the best person on all of these lots I met, bar none. He listened to what I actually needed, listened to my budget, and didn't try to flex us at all. We actually ended up buying a nicer truck than what we initially needed because my wife loved it so much. Thanks Dima!
