I probably visit you guys the last time. I brought my vehicle for oil change and presented a special offers issued in my name for free inspections. Your guy, I believe, supervisor did not even look at it (why did you send it to me then?) I asked to check if it's possible to repair rear wiper, that guy said he has no spare parts, but was too busy with other orders to give me more detailed answer. I had to wait for almost 4 hrs to do oil change with such a poor customer service. Just teach that guy to smile more....

I expect a curtain level of quality when I go to a dealership. 2 trips and many hours wasted to get a simple set of mud flaps installed is Ridiculous.

Had mud flaps installed. Front not done right and the back are wrong also. Paid a lot of money to get Gatorback mud flaps installed because they told me because of the flares on my truck I need to get them. When I picked up the truck you can clearly see the front ones were way to far in 2 inches of the tires wasn’t even being covered. Talk to them (they were very nice) and they said they can fix it (asked why they didn’t do it right in the first place, no answer). So waited 1 1/2 hours they did fix the front back the backs are know to narrow they don’t all line up together. No time to fix today don’t feel like wasting more of my time going back there tomorrow. They said they will fix them during my next oil change. I really expected more from a dealership. Chris

From the moment I arrived in the lot I was greeted with a friendly wave and an offer to be helped. All the staff I encountered was helpful, knowledgeable and down to earth. Dima, the sales Executive that completed my purchase went above and beyond to help me, even offering to driving me in a day earlier than expected to get my new Vehicle. The Finance Manager, Khloe was also extremely helpful in a usually less enjoyable process. She ensured I understood and got the best deal that matched everything I was looking for. I will be encouraging any friends and family looking for a Vehicle in the future to seek these people out at South Trail Chrysler. Thanks again to the staff.

My wife and I needed to replace our "tired" 2010 Dodge Caravan. We came to see Cory and he was able to find a vehicle that suited our needs and our budget. The team were very friendly and weren't overly pushy. Working with Shawn in Financing was easy and pain free. I would recommend coming here if you were looking for a new or used vehicle.

Great staff.. But brought my ram in for back end vibration, after a diagnostic fee ( and me explaining that i thought might be a balance issue on tires) was charged 299.00 for 4 wheels to be balanced. When at blaskin snd lane was charged 150.00 for tire mounting and balancing. I know times are tough. But really 309??

As soon as we walked in Ryan promptly greeted us and made himself available to answer any questions we had. He straight away proceeded to allow us to test drive the vehicle we came to look at and throughout never placed any pressure for us to make an offer. We walked away unsure if this was the right choice for us and came back the following day to test drive another vehicle he thought would be more fitting for our liking along with our budget we had in mind. As soon as we saw the vehicle we new right away it was the one we wanted. We immediately signed an offer with minimal back and forth negotiations and proceeded to work with the lovey Khloe from Finance who processed all our paper work in a timely manner and before we knew it we were already settled in our new vehicle and headed out the door with large smiles on our faces. Thank you to all the warm and friendly staff at STC and a big shout out to Ryan and Khloe for a phenomenal experience and a job well done!! STC should be proud to have people such as yourselves!
