Sandeep listened and got just what I wanted without any fuss.

Sandeep was great he recognized text was my main communication and didn’t push to speak until I was ready. Excellent customer service continued at the dealership. I am very impressed with Sandeep and the finance manager Khloe.

Good customer service. Did what I needed them to do. Did not go above and beyond to check when the engine light was on but did the oil change.

Was in the market for a used vehicle and found one here at South Trail Chrysler. My sales person Ryan was great to deal with. Not pushy and very helpful. If you come to buy at this dealership make sure you look for Sasha. He is very knowledgeable, kind and always strive to support a fair negotiation. Another good experience I had was with Khloe from financing, as she always replied promptly to any of my needs to complete insurance coverage and registration of my vehicle. Overall a very good experience with this dealership.

Sasha, did an excellent job and went above and beyond what his job probably entailed in getting our new vehicle from the train yard to the dealership. We were preparing to leave on a trip and he managed to have it ready in time fir us to take the vehicle on the trip. Khloe, who arranged for our financing was also very helpful and accommodating even staying late to complete the transaction. She did an excellent job of explaining every part of the transaction. Thank you South Trail Chrysler for a smooth transaction.

I had bought 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan back in January,2020 it was pre owned vehicle it was pleased experience buying vehicle with Shawn Weisgerber sales person then I was offered extended warranty which I accepted since I bought van I am having problems with it they couldn’t fix since February I dropped van for five times they wasted my time next day they said it’s nothing wrong with vehicle last week check engine light came on I dropped vehicle again next day they said they cleared code and gave me vehicle back these guys are not honest be careful when buying vehicle form them extended warranty they offered is useless
