Cameron Stevens was Was the most amazing person I ever dealt with. Provided complete details of the car I was looking for. Respectful, in every way. When I went to pick up my car, Steve Cameron was so helpful showed me everything what to do with the car and there’s nothing I could’ve expected from someone so respectful. I will always go back to BMW and deal with Cameron anytime. Thank you, Cameron for all your help and all the respect you showed to me thank you again

My wife and I would like to thank Cheng Peng for everything he did for us on the sale of our BMW X5. He was excellent from the moment we Metin person because we had talked over the phone regarding the X5. Very friendly and calm, there was no pressure when we were talking over the deal. I highly recommend Cheng for the purchase of your next vehicle because of his knowledge on the vehicle and he explains everything about the options and sets everything up before leaving the dealership. The buying experience was seamless with Teagan McCombs. She was very professional, honest and reliable throughout the process. Picked up the car in very good condition as promised and she took the time to show all the details of the car. After having bad experiences at other dealerships, this was a definite relief.

This was by far one of the best dealership experiences I’ve ever had and that’s all because of Kyle Black. He went above and beyond to help us purchase our vehicle by sending us multiple pictures/videos, being kind/professional and even helping us on his day off. I have already recommended him and this dealership to about 8 family members and will recommend him to many more. If you decide to go into BMW London ASK FOR KYLE BLACK. He will take care of you anyway he can and will give you the best service. I dont think I wouldve purchased our vehicle without the help of Kyle.
