This is the first-time for me and unfortunately it was no so good experience comparing to other BMW services center. They have no shuttle services and the staff are not so welcoming or they treat you well. I will give mt self one more try there if its gonna be the same i will not use there services again.

Really unprofessional and rude employees working in the service department, I strongly urge someone responsible for these employees to give them proper training. I give a lot of business here, and for many years now, and ever since COVID started the service department at this bmw dealership has been pathetic, because all good employees that use to work there, don’t anymore because there employee got rid of them, and now there is bunch of bums that work there, who hate there life.

"The best day ever!" was had today thanks to Chris Yeoman who went out of his way to give my nine-year old son a wonderful BMW experience. My son loves cars, and he visited the BMW dealership today with his grandfather to check out some of the vehicles, specifically the X5. Chris let him sit in the vehicle and sent him home with a BMW ball cap, which will be a lasting memory of such a great interaction with the brand. Understanding that a luxury brand is about more than engineering and craftsmanship, BMW also clearly strives to create a memorable experience for their customers which is unsurpassed. I was moved to learn that this gift was extended to a little boy today, which will leave a lasting impression. Thank you, Chris, and BMW London, for showing a little boy that you're never too young to appreciate some of the finer things in this world and thank you for making him feel like a king today; a feeling he will no doubt associate with the BMW brand for years to come. He will one day be a very loyal customer!

Had a very good experience with Teagan McCombs while searching for an 8 series. She was very knowledgeable and quick to respond to my questions. Although I ended up selecting another car from a dealer closer to my home and with more features that I was looking for, Teagan was professional throughout.

Cannot select zero stars so I'm being extremely generous giving one star in this case. At the start of the month I was driving my 2014 BMW 228i and all of the sudden the car seemed to have half power and I heard the engine making an awful mechanical sound, but no check engine light. I had it towed to my technician here in London, who diagnosed the car as having a faulty timing chain (there was a whine coming from the lower oil pump chain, copper shavings in the oil filter from the connecting rod bearing, the upper chain was able to be moved up and down with minimal effort and you can actually see links on the chain that are seized together). After looking online and discovering there is an extended warranty for timing chain issues, I contacted BMW Canada who verified my car was still under warranty and told me to tow the car to the local dealership for them to diagnose the vehicle to ensure it was the timing chain. I left a message for Sean Finn which wasn't returned but then was able to finally get him on the phone the next day. His attitude was borderline rude, combative and immediately after telling him about the issue was with the timing chain/N20 engine he informed me that they work on N20 engines all the time without this issue and he's never seen my car before so he can't verify it was maintained properly. He tells me to have the car towed to them and they will diagnose it. A few days go by and I don't hear anything, so I email Sean to ask what is going on with my car. He responds and says he needs authorization for $165 for them to look at the car, but that will be refunded if it's determined to be a timing chain issue. I say no problem, go ahead. A week goes by and I hear nothing. Once again I email Sean and he says the will do the diagnostic the next day. After all this time he finally gets back to me to say that my number one cylinder has piston wall damage from oil not getting to the cylinder properly and it wasn't the timing chain, but can provide no reason why this type of damage occurred or an other information. He also stated the timing chain was not loose which is a straight out lie when I saw with my own eyes the play on the chain at my technician. When I countered with a timing chain skipping/seized and the connecting rod is grinding into slivers and is choking out the oil pump OF COURSE there is resulting piston wall damage from lack of oil he just kept repeating how good his mechanic is there and how my guy doesn't know what he's talking about until I hung up. So I'm apparently out of getting my car fixed under the warranty I'm entitled to on a half-baked denial of the issue when I have another technician who's clearly laid out multiple reasons why this is a timing chain issue. Sean Finn is a disgrace to the BMW brand and is a liar.
