After just purchasing our 3rd vehicle from Charles Scrooby at BMW London its obvious its not just the superior vehicle but the Superior Client Service and satisfaction we have always received from Charles. Simply the best at what he does and he is committed to creating a positive experience before, during and after Purchase.

We recently sent our x5 to have the summer tires put on and diagnose a few issues. My husband told the service manager that the drive had been rough and there was front end noise. It was very obvious and easy to hear even on a short drive. They charged us a small fortune to "fix" an apparent broken coil, and it yet came back with the same noise. It's clear that the technician didn't road test or they would have known it wasn't fixed. Another private mechanic diagnosed it within a minute of driving and replaced a wheel bearing, problem solved. I doubt the coil they charged a fortune for was even in need of replacement. In addition, when diagnosing an unrelated issue they needed to removed my child's carseat. Instead of asking someone for help or looking it up, the technician unbuckled one side of the belt and literally ripped it off of the seat. The technicians here are incompetent and the service manager doesn't take responsibility.
