I will make this short and sweet... BMW Service staff are UNPROFESSIONAL and UNPLEASANT to deal with. If you like being talked down to, hung up on, and listening to staff talk trash about other customers then this is the place for you. :)

My family has bought/leased 6 cars from this location, nothing to complain until they had the new manager. I have to say it basically changed everything, old staffs left, lazy new sales, bad attitude shuttle driver, below average service and higher price, we are not satisfied anymore. My brother recently switched to Lexus and I will do the same
