There are so many car dealerships around us: identical vehicles, the same buildings and lots. But what makes AllRoads different from others? People! Incredibly nice people! I want to express my special gratitude to Tim and financial manager Katherine. They worked as a great team - polite, punctual, friendly and relaxed. I like this kind of deal: no pressure, no aggressive tactics and a friendly attitude. Here you will be given as much time and attention as you need. Special thanks to the General Manager - Phil West, who managed to put together a great team of good people; for fair and transparent deals and discounts without hidden tricks! From the start of my experience here it was nothing short of AMAZING! Sara B is THE MOST AMAZING and KNOWLEDGEABLE rep I’ve had the experience of working with. She took her time and explained everything I asked. Katherine in finance is a GEM to work with also and very professional and a wealth of knowledge. Phil also went out of his way to handle some paperwork I needed to get for my new truck without me even asking him to do so. I can honestly say I felt like a family member from walking in driving out in my DREAM truck! I will be a life long customer here and have already told everyone I know about how amazing they really are here. By far the best dealership I’ve had the pleasure to deal with! This was my third purchase of a vehicle from a dealership, but first from AllRoads, and I had the best experience with the team there. Being in a pandemic, and living over an hour away, Tyler and the other associates from AllRoads really helped me in all the ways they could without me having to travel there multiple times. Tyler, who sold me my truck, was the most amazing sales person to deal with. He is so friendly, nice, and super HELPFUL. If I ever need to purchase another vehicle I will definitely be coming back, and would recommend AllRoads to anyone and everyone.
