Marilyn has to be the rudest person I have ever met after my last visit. Usually nice but since the mechanics there badly gouged my fuel rims for the second time they insisted that destroying the rims is not their fault as they don’t deal with aftermarket rims although I gave the mechanic the thin wall socket and he said we do custom rims all the time, no problem. The manager Phil hung up on me after a short conversation about how I shouldn’t bring a truck in with aftermarket rims as they don’t take responsibility for them. How else do you get warranty work done?? Marilyn said I was stupid for bringing it back as they wrecked my rims once before. I thought it was a fluke mistake but they now say they cannot take off aftermarket rims as it’s out of their skill set. I’ve taken the rims off easily and had no problem as it’s not that hard at all. Very rude people all around and I will never go back and also tell everyone I know that goes there about this awful experience. They should be ashamed for how they treat someone after they destroy their rims and offer nothing but rudeness and excuses

I brought my 2021 Jeep Wrangler Sahara home yesterday and couldn’t be happier! I It really is a shame it isn’t an option to leave more than a five star review because Sara and Katherine both went above and beyond! I am so thankful to have had the chance to work with Sara and Katherine. These women are absolutely amazing to work with. The attention to detail and customer experience was the by far best I’ve ever had while shopping for a vehicle . From the moment I sent my first email to when I walked in it was a no pressure, no non sense experience. Sara answered all of our questions with ease and confidence and truly was a pleasure to work with to get me my dream Jeep! This dealership truly cares about the experience it provides it’s customers. This is the place to get hooked up with the most balling cars and trucks around. I came in just a boy and left as a man who owns a Hemi. Now I'm living the life I've dreamed of. Sarah and Tyler are amazing and very friendly, Tyler found me a better car than what I was looking for.

Very disappointed in our local dealership. I bought a brand new truck in November and bought and paid for the extra warranty. I've been back 4 times with major problems and nobody there seem to care once they have your $$. The Exeter Dodge dealership has been more then helpful. In the winter, my tailgate wouldn't stay closed and I was using a strap to safely keep it closed. I travel a lot with my expensive ice fishing gear. When I called St. Marys All Roads about my concerns about the tailgate, a service lady told me "just put your gear in the back seat" .....Highly recommend going to Exeter and steer clear of the crooks in town.
