Just picked up my new 2026 RX-350h and extremely pleased with the whole process. Our salesman, Michael, was extremely professional, friendly and helpful explaining and setting up the vehicle's features. The vehicle was spotless and ready for pickup per our agreement. I was also very pleased with my trade-in's value. I will definitely recommend Michael and Tony Graham Lexus to friends and family!

I had a great experience at this dealership. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, you're greeted with a smile every time you walk in. A huge shoutout to Michael Eng for making what initially felt like a daunting process completely smooth and stress-free. His level of customer care went above and beyond. He patiently answered every question we had, no matter how big or small, and kept us updated at every step until our car was delivered. On the day of pickup, Mike took the time to walk us through every detail of the car, making sure we understood how everything worked. His dedication made us feel truly valued and supported throughout the entire process.
