I had a great experience at this dealership. All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, you're greeted with a smile every time you walk in. A huge shoutout to Michael Eng for making what initially felt like a daunting process completely smooth and stress-free. His level of customer care went above and beyond. He patiently answered every question we had, no matter how big or small, and kept us updated at every step until our car was delivered. On the day of pickup, Mike took the time to walk us through every detail of the car, making sure we understood how everything worked. His dedication made us feel truly valued and supported throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a new car and want an easy, seamless experience, I highly recommend Tony Graham — especially with Mike!

Great service! I went to Tony Graham Lexus with a weird problem with the ownership papers on my deceased father's 20 year old Lexus. I wasn't expecting much help, but Sales consultant Mike and front desk person, Hannah went above and beyond taking care of the matter. Thankyou Tony Graham Lexus!

I recently purchased a 2021 Lexus ux250h F-Sport, I love this car!!!, never going back to European vehicles or anything else, I want to thank Maddie McCormick for her wonderful service, the best car purchasing experience I have ever had and I have bought a lot vehicles in the past and her service stands out the most, I was asking a lot of questions when purchasing my first Lexus and I am very appreciative for their patience, definitely recommend Maddie Mcormick and the sales team for your next Lexus purchase

We recently purchased a 2026 NX 350h. We decided to pre-order, given 2025 stock was limited due to demand. Over the following weeks, while we waited for production and final delivery, Tan Vo, our sales consultant, kept us up to date. Tan responded immediately to any email questions that we had and also called to let us know how things were progressing, which was much appreciated. When we received the NX, the handover to my wife and I was exciting. Such a fine looking, quality vehicle. My wife was very happy with the unexpected flowers and also with the time Tan took to help connect her phone to the Lexus app. Tan is so knowledgeable, so efficient and was a real pleasure to work with, from start to finish. Must mention that whenever we popped in, the front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. We have been long-time Toyota owners, but moving up to a Lexus was certainly an awesome experience. We are really enjoying our new Lexus.Thank you to all at Tony Graham Lexus!

I purchased my first-ever Lexus (NX-350h) in July 2025 at Tony Graham Lexus on Hunt Club and with special thanks to the exceptional client-service approach from salesman Andrew Chambers. After a couple of months of vehicle shopping, I am SO pleased with my purchase. The Lexus NX-350h is fuel efficient, with a smooth and comfortable quiet ride, has all of the necessary tech features and so very appealing in its appearance. Andrew Chambers made the sales experience effortless and his client-service friendly attitude made it a pleasant experience (and we know that this is not always the case). I am a first and going forward Lexus client and thank you Tony Graham Lexus and Andrew Chambers for the nice experience. For the record to reviewers, you can call and get through to Tony Graham Lexus and it service and sales team members which is not the case at other car dealerships and this was also important to me. Terrific experience!
