Based on discussions with JC at the Service Desk when I was having my ES 350 serviced I identified that I was quite interested in the IS 250. JC put me in touch with Thanh Trinh who walked me through: 1. a used IS 250 and it's options and costing 2. a 2014 IS 250 FS and regular - their respective options 3. the financial model with respect to leasing (at different down payment points) and financing. Thanh was very clear, very thorough, very respectful. He was quick to respond to my questions and concerns and highlighted the best option financially for my recent purchase. Upon receipt of my new 2014 IS 250 Thanh explained each of the functions and features of the car and instrumentation thoroughly with my husband and I without overwhelming us and assured us that he was available at any time for further questions or assistance. The service provided by Thanh was professional and very much appreciated.

We had a wonderful experience with Thanh. He is very knowledgeable and customer focused. He took his time to understand our needs, preference and budget before recommending the RX350 to us. He gave us enough information before we made the decision to take the car. Also, there was no back and forth negotiations, which made the experience pleasant and quick. When we picked up the car, he explained the features of the car in details and offered assistance if needed. Shirley Cheung was also helpful in completing the paperwork. The entire process was positive. This is our second vehicle we purchased from Tony Graham. We would not hesitate to recommend Tranh and Tony Graham to our friends.
