The reason I had to bring my vehicle in for repairs is what I found disturbing. At my last oil change the oil had been overfilled, which caused the valve rocker to float and the engine to develop a loud ticking noise. The service provided by Darryl was excellent. He diagnosed my problem and had it checked by an engine tech, then provided me with a replacement vehicle because the tech had recommended that I not drive my own. When the repairs were completed he called me and gave a detailed description of the repairs that were done.

Firstly, it was great to receive the message from Deb Beauchamp regarding trading in our vehicles to get something new. We had actually been discussing that for the past few months so it was very timely to get Deb's call. From our initial visit through to driving off with our new Caravan Jerry Besterd was fantastic. He was pleasant, kind, very knowledgeable, hard working and dedicated to helping us find the right vehicle. My wife and I test drove a number of new and used vehicles and Jerry was great through the whole process. He answered all of our questions excellently and did everything he could to make us comfortable in our selection. Jerry truly made it a pleasure to buy our new Caravan. Thank you. Peter Cadieux

Darryl explained that the computer was causing some trouble but would be right with me to get my car in so I could get my snow tires off. I explain that I would wait until the car was done. I asked if I could have a car wash and Darryl replied that he would see that it was done as soon as the car was service. The other service advisor explained what he was going to do on my car. I appreciate that I was informed what they were doing for me. Thank you

I'm a new immigrant, and I don't know a lot of things, lucky I am, I've got Todd to help me dealing with the cars, Todd have tried what he could in order to get the car deliver as soon as possible. I really want to thank Todd for his great help.

Long story made super short.....( I had typed out long response, but it wasn't saved when I went to back to finish it) 1) I booked my Saturday May 3rd appt at 11:00 am in mid April 2) I took my car in for 11 am on May 3rd , Saturday, to get tires switched and oil change ( and to check 2 Minor things) 3) I received a call at 3:15 pm, stating they didn't get to my car, that day... ( I have a special needs child, so when I schedule something, I need it completed that day, as I do not have time to go back- heavily scheduled life).... Appointments, etc... 4) they did offer me a rental car, but I wanted my car for the Sunday. 5) Geoff Mannion did call me on Monday, May 3rd asking what they can do to make it right. 6) my brother ( a mechanic) did end up changing my tires for me- did not want my winter tires to be on during warm weather- and didn't know how long it would be until I got back to oxford dodge. 7) Oxford dodge did get me a "same car loaner" for the Friday, May 9th between 11-3:30...... To get oil change and check passenger door- It was a little bit extra effort, this way, but in the end, Oxford dodge did complete the oil change ( at no charge to me- which was kind, but not necessary) . Thank you, Oxford Dodge, Geoff, Fiat of London, Dwayne and my brother Ryan Chappell- for getting my car summer ready......:)
