I brought my van into Express for air in tires.... but then they changed the oil and washed the van all in under 25 min! I was very pleased with the professionalism of the Express Lane team! Thank you! PS my son LOVES getting popcorn every time!

We purchased a 2014 Ram 1500 crew cab and love our new truck. Ram is the best deal for your dollar as we looked at other makes also. Craig and the Oxford Dodge team are fantastic and went above and beyond what any other dealer was willing to do!

Saturday morning appointment to have winter tires removed and seasonal tires installed

My only recommendation is that the employee opening the Service Shop on a Saturday morning could benefit from another person to assist with the several customers with 8 am appointments. Other than that, my experience at Oxford and Darryl provided very good customer service. He was attentive, helpful with my questions about 'retorquing' the tires and had me on my way in less time than I expected with my tire change.

Darryl was welcoming when he called me over to his desk. He called back when he said he would. They accommodated me as they were booked - but I felt unsafe to drive my truck - and they got my truck in and fixed over an appropriate amount of time.

shocking and a little lacking in the customer service

I purchased a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty and was a little shocked that I had to pay for labour on the service that I just recieved I have completed all the routine service tto date and to say that lack of maitence is the reason I need to pay is a not something I can fathom. When I did pay for the service and asked about a few thing on my bill I was told it was wrong and the got told I had to pay more. This was not my fault as I can honestly say that I thought I would only need to pay for the filter with my service plan and then to have to pay twice because I asked a question about my bill was very insulting when I could have just left without asking anything and not have to pay it. Wanted my vehicle serviced prior to our vacation trip.Brakes and steering were checked and servicing with oil change and fluid levels along with wipers was also done.Have now returned from vacation with vehicle performing extremely well as usual.Would like to thank Dwayne and the rest of those in the service department for their continual professional work that I now have become accustomed too.Regards Bill

What amazed me so much was no salesman came out right away to try and push me to buy. When Scott came out he was so bubbly and kind. I told him what I was looking for, what I could pay, nothing more nothing less. Not only did he give me what I wanted I got more than double what I asked for and at the price I wanted to pay. It was so exciting when I came to pick up my truck they informed me I had at least $5000.00 more options FREE I had no idea. I love my Journey so much. I'm 62 I wanted it to be in a Dodge Ram but my daughter thought it was a little much for me. "NOT" To me the Ram is the greatest truck on the road. But I drove the Journey and I was in love. At my age I seldom go too far maybe groceries once a week or the doctors once a month. Here I am with my new SUV trying to make up places to go just so I can get in and drive it. It also has every little extra you could imagine. I wear hearing aids and my truck has a button all I do is press the button and say hello and it works great. The service at Oxford was second to none. I highly recommend Oxford and Scott Cyr. Do you know he even gave me a big hug before I drove off in my new truck. Thank you Scott and Oxford Dodge.

Wayne was very professional and knowledgeable. He understood our needs and responded accordingly. Popcorn was fresh and tasty. Delivery of the vehicle was quick and easy.
