I have had many new vehicles and dealt with many dealerships and by far this place wins the trophy! Jeff was absolutely amazing through this whole experience of me buying a Subaru BRZ and was very patient with me on making my decision on buying this beauty. Not pushy and overall very understanding and patient which to me is very important. I dont like feeling pressured into buying things and that was not an issue at all. Very happy with my whole experience and we will most definitely be back in the future! Jeff, keep up thr great work! You will go far in the sales industry. Cheers!

I have been a Ford person for a majority of my driving life, after speaking with some family/friends I decided to check out a Honda. As I pulled up to the beautiful Brantford Honda facility, I immediately got a good feeling. I was then approached by Scott who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. In my many years of being a sales person I can immediately tell when a salesperson is being untruthful or just trying to get a sale. Scott was clear, concise, patient and ensured that we stayed within my budget. It felt like the entire team at Brantford Honda all followed the same morals. Such an excellent experience for a big decision, they made it easy and ensured I felt comfortable every step of the way. I have purchased two vehicles now at this location and needless to say I can't be happier. I went into Brantford Honda last week looking to purchase an AWD vehicle new or used. I test drove several vehicles both used and new, and explored several finance options. Within a week I left with keys in hand to a brand new 2024 Honda CRV Sport. Hunter Richardson and the rest of the staff at Brantford Honda were incredibly helpful and accommodating during the entire process.

I highly recommend purchasing and leasing from Brantford Honda. We have leased vehicles from Brantford Honda since the late 1990s. We have been extremely pleased with all of our vehicles. The staff at Brantford are great. Our Salesperson Scott McCullough has consistently provided us with excellent service. He cares about us and our vehicle making the transition from one vehicle to the next very simple and straightforward. He is honest and trustworthy. I cannot recommend Scott highly enough. As well, the team in the service department are also great. Trevor and the others in the service department always respect me and my questions and the service is excellent. I never hesitate to pop in if I have a problem. I have always appreciated the fact that they respect my questions and provide me and my car with excellent care.

Horrible customer service from rep Vali. I inquired about a new car online ( specifically a white one) the sales rep responded with timeline of arrival for a black one. I asked several questions ( such as going interest rate, if the car I want isn’t coming to them until December if they can source from another dealership. After a few vague responses all ending in “book an appointment “ back and a new timeline on the car I was inquiring about, I responded saying I wanted to be removed from future communications. This led to a response of “ that was fast lol ” where I shared my questions were not being answered and I would look elsewhere. The response back and I quote was “ Huh? I actually answered all of your questions the car that you inquired about was a Honda HRV sport. I told you what we had and the waiting list. Not sure if you don’t understand but whatever bye. Best of luck finding a vehicle.“ SUPER unprofessional and I would absolutely never purchase a car from a dealership like this.

Just purchased my first vehicle from Brantford Honda. 10/10 customer service. They are all very professional, courteous, and welcoming as soon as you enter. Thank you to Hunter Richardson for going above and beyond in all aspects and making this experience pleasant and fun! Definitely recommend Brantford Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle!
