Excellent...Trevor has always been excellent to deal with and very respectful of my needs. He provides the best in Customer Service and one of the real influences on me when service is needed on the best vehicle I have ever owned Honda Pilot. And while I am saying this there is another service guy ..Ben ? Excellent guy to work with...I think Trevor and Ben went to the same school of providing a great experience dealing with Brantford Honda...Great job guys and thanks for making me feel very comfortable when at the dealership. Sooooo happy with the service at Brantford Honda! I had a very stressful morning....nail in my tire! I rushed over to the closest Honda where I live because I was worried about driving on a donut all the way to Brantford. That dealership told me that I needed all 4 tires replaced...$160 bucks a tire! I then called you guys (where I always get my service) and Jennifer at reception put my mind at ease and asked me to drive carefully over to Brantford Honda....sure enough, only the one tire needed to be replaced and it was under warranty! THANKS YOU GUYS!!!

Here's a bit of my history with Brantford Honda, so as to give you clear picture of my full experience... 1st purchase: Used 1997 Honda Accord Reason for purchase: My previous car was too old & unreliable, so needed another. Experience: Scott McCulloch was both professional and personable. I wasn't treated as "just a number" and was feeling "pushed to make a sale." This is often the experience most potential car buyers have, and I did other places. So, in short, I was given time and guidance in finding the "right car for me." 2nd purchase: New 2010 Honda Civic Reason for purchase: January 2nd 2010 was hit by a negligent, speeding driver that ran his red light. My 97 Honda Accord was a "write off" due to the damage on the vehicle. Six months after, I was still suffering from injuries incurred from the accident but prepared to search for a new car. Due to my previous positive experience, I knew Scott McCulloch and Brantford Honda was where I should go. I was treated with kindness, respect, empathy, a friendly team, and found what felt like the next "right car for me." 3rd purchase: New 2014 Honda CRV Reason for purchase: January 17th 2014 daughter hit black ice. Fortunately she and her friend had no serious injuries. Unfortunately, the 2010 Honda Civic was a "write off" so I needed a new car once again. Although it appears Scott McCulloch doesn't wear a cape, nor any of the others on the Brantford Honda team, perhaps one is hidden under his clothing? Perhaps the team does have their employees hide them by day? Why do I suggest this? 'Cause Scott and the Brantford Honda Team came to my rescue once again. Really. I know I could have said, in short, that my experience at Brantford Honda's was great. Those words alone, however, don't do justice to my experience. The whole Brantford Honda Team, which includes the lovely lady that greeted me on the phone and when I walked in for an appointment, the other car sales staff, the car maintenance staff, mechanics, etc, ALL OF THEM, especially Scott McCulloch, have gone beyond just putting hours in, from my personal experience. I've never met a more professional, personable, courteous, empathetic, caring, friendly, and knowledgeable team in the car sales industry in all the years I've been driving. Although it's been due to unfortunate circumstances that I've come to purchase at least 3 vehicles from Brantford Honda, I've come to feel I've been fortunate to find this Brantford Honda team, and continue to be loyal to doing business with them. They are one in a million! Thank you Scott, and the Brantford Honda team. I wouldn't refer my friends and family to anyone else, when looking for a new or used vehicle. Only the Brantford Honda Family and specifically Scott McCulloch, is where I'll send car buyers. Not only will you have a great experience, you'll also get a great vehicle! :-) Deborah Ann

John never lost focus as to why I was there. The dealership was efficient, honest and appeared to be extremely well run. I trade my vehicles every 15 months, been to a number of "car stores", other dealerships should take note!
