John never lost focus as to why I was there. The dealership was efficient, honest and appeared to be extremely well run. I trade my vehicles every 15 months, been to a number of "car stores", other dealerships should take note!

J ohn greeted us in a warm and professional manner. He was not too aggresive or loud which we liked. He answered all our questions and worked for us to get the best deal. We had a very good experience and would recommend John and Honda Brantford to our family and friends.

I decided to buy my first car completely on my own. I did a lot of research before hand narrowed it down to 3 manufacturers. I went with Honda not only because of the quality of the car but also in large part because of my experience with Andrea. Throughout the process I felt respected and well-informed. She made my car buying experience not as scary as I had imagined. She made it fun.

Our experience with Chris Smith was fantastic! He was very welcoming, knowledgeable, helpful, polite and caring. We would definitely buy another vehicle from him. We couldn't have asked for a better sales rep or a better experience. This is our first Honda and we will actually drive further just to service our vehicle at this Honda Dealership. We were very pleased with the Dealership as well. It is very welcoming and so nice and clean.
