I would never go back there. The Sales team looked like they were playing games when I went into the building and the sales rep was really note helpful or knowledgeable. Disappointing experience and I wont ever go back.

I would like to acknowledge the great service I received from Pedro and Chris when I visited their location. They were empathetic to my situation after a terrible experience with another Kia dealership and restored my faith in purchasing with Kia. They are knowledgeable with their product and are not pushy at all in their sales approach. I wish them both much success!!

Had a great experience with Kia on Hunt Club. I went to a different dealership originally, but they gave me a price that was higher than what they had advertised on kijiji a few days earlier, so I decided to shop around. Pedro from Kia on Hunt Club got in touch with me. I explained what I was looking for and was offered a better quote from him right away. Pedro also added an additional discount with no questions asked when I presented my docs to him. The other dealership, when I asked for the same discount mentioned on Kia's website, did reduce the price a little, but again the numbers weren't adding up (discounted not in full). I greatly appreciated that sales reps at Kia on Hunt Club were honest with me from the beginning, both in terms of the price and the timeline. Waiting for my new car now :)

Bought a car with my daughter not impressed with sales as they tried to add on things to the contract without even telling me. I think they thought I was a dumb woman actually I am a nurse. Initially promised me cargo mats and car matts and locks for car then reneged on that and would not agree on the 2 car sale unless I extended my payment plan from 5 years which I wanted to a longer yearly plan. Saying cars were hard to come, by would have walked away only that my teenage daughter really needed a car.I felt they wanted to make more interest off the sale not realising I would just put extra payments on myself. Did not have a feeling of a honest dealership. Now have been waiting over 2 months for the car and still waiting. Not impressed Callled my sales person he is no longer working there. Poor communication.Also at next tire change they put on someone elses tires make sure you check
