They don’t care about the customers needs. as long as it’s money in their pocket. Put a new inspection sticker on a car that needed 3000$ worth of work when I took it to my mechanic. Oh and they wouldn’t let me in the garage to even see what was replaced. Then acted like it was normal to need that much work after an inspection sticker was put. In my opinion they’re crooks. What would have happened if I bought that car. The car was already thousands of dollars over priced. Don’t shop here. They don’t care. They just want your money and to ruin your credit scores.

I have had a very bad experience with the service department at this location. Everyone I spoke to was quite unhelpful and rude. I hope no one ever has to deal with them. Run from this org except you have no other options.

Absolutely the worst!!! Don’t contact these guys and waste your time. Me and my husband called in just to ask questions about the process of financing and buying a vehicle. The sales person I talked to was extremely rude, not willing to give any information and hung up the phone as I was talking. They seem to not know anything about cars and their customer service is terrible. Therefore, I definitely DO NOT recommend this place. Be careful and be aware of these horrible dealerships.

Leased a 2023 Elantra preferred about 2 weeks ago. Corey the sales consultant is always professional and friendly, and he is very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sells. He provides quality customer service. Andrew the finance manager was also very easy to deal with, explained the lease contract clearly, and was very transparent with the process. What a terrible experience i had today . My hyundai elantra. 2022 developed a snag . I went there so that they can take a look at it but after diagnosis my vehicle was kept and i was told no rental or substitute car will be issued as they don’t have any … like seriously how unprofessional you guys have to be ?? You expect customers to understand your situation?? When I’m the one with out vehicle and missing my work .. loosing both time and money . I use to think GM is terrible at giving customer service but experience hyundai is much worse … answer i got from your colleagues was « oh we don’t have any rentals or subsitute cars since covid » like its my problem ?? Why to brag about 5yr 100000km hyundai warranty when you guys cant afford rentals ?? Like if issue can’t be fixed for weeks you guys expect me to stay outta work ??? I commute daily 100+ kms To work .

Absolutely disgusting service advisor. Rude and obviously knows nothing about cars. After 3 phone calls explaining the urgency, she still expected me to wait nearly 1 month to get my brakes done. She would not let me speak to a manager either. She also neglected to tell me that I would be unable to get them done elsewhere due to some electronic system that only Hyundai can access. This woman also LIED to me, stating they didn’t have the phone number for Summerside. Really?! Don’t bother going here, you will only have a negative experience.
