excellent experience

I have purchased vehicles from AcuraWest for several years. It has always been an RDX vehicle. I have found the dealership to be excellent to deal with everyone provides excellent service in a very courteous and professional manner. I have no hesitation in recommending to others this awesome team.

All of the staff at Acura West were friendly and helpful. We had a positive experience at the dealership. The only hiccup, as it was small, was on the night of our deal, we were not informed about the Globali. None of the staff mentioned this. It was overlooked when the bill of sale was reviewed and we had to question it after we returned home. They were supportive and reversed the $395 plus tax charge for the Globali. We were very pleased that they were so cooperative. We just felt we should have been informed at the time of the sale.
