If you want to book an appointment, it would be nice to talk to a person and not an answering machine. Then you have to wait for the person to return your call. Never had that problem before. In 4 calls, only once the person in parts and services answered the phone. I'm not sure what the receptionist is there for if she can't even book an appointment for an oil and filter. Otherwise the service was friendly and good.

Left instructions on envelope for new windshield wipers with a 10.00 coupon - wasnèt completed. upon inspection of tires for winter changeover noticed one of the wheel nuts was replaced with a different nut so they are now not all the same. also had amplifier changed. It was on back order and we were supposed to be called when it came in but we found out it was there by calling in wondering if it was in yet. Went too long without a radio in the car.
