2.5 Hours for an Oil Change

This was my first service inspection after purchasing my vehicle back in January. I had set the appointment a week in advance for an oil change and inspection, but was left waiting 2.5 hours due to mechanics waiting on a filter. The Service Provider, Rikki-Lee Annett, was very understanding & apologetic, stating that they have mechanisms in place to ensure that they are prepared for all clients the day before, and did not understand why the filter wasn't in stock. I was also not notified of any other details regarding my inspection in person or reflected in the invoice (upon booking I asked for breaks to be looked at, etc.)

Fixed it first try, got me in in less than 24 hours. Downfall was I had to chase them to find out if it was diagnosed or fixed yet 8 hours after the appointment.

The local service staff are excellent. Its to bad Chrysler Canada did not have the same respect the local service advisors have for us buyers.

Its has been 3+ years to have the touch screen system repaired . Disappointing Chrysler Canada has let this go on for so long. Local dealership have done everything they can and its Chrysler Canada that is to blame. They have no problem selling vehicles with known issues, cashing our cheques. Getting fixes for my problem is very low on their priority . Thanks

Terrible vehicle service

Got a wheel alignment done and the steering was still NOT straight. Ontop of that, they charged me $145 to inspect my a/c unit that doesn't work and won't fix it under my warranty. They're trying to claim its the owner of the vehicles fault when its not! Its $958 to fix it. No wonder they're trying to make excuses.

Rude sales staff.

Sales staff needs to learn not to talk down to customers when their inquiring about a vehicle. And not leave them standing in the lobby for 15 min with out passing on a message to a co-worker. This is a result of poor communication among staff and poor attitude from the salesperson.

Had a great experience with both Andrew Currie and Brad Heinrichs.

Both the timing and trade in price made this a great time to move to a newer model. I love the Ram line and Andrew seemed as excited as I did in regards to the features on the truck I purchased. I enjoyed dealing with Andrew as he had a similar sense of humour and it made the purchase easier. Brad in financila also explained each detail of the contract and made the deal seamless as well. I would definitely recommend purchasing from Laurentian Chrysler and Andrew again.
