I bought my secong Ram 2500 from Derryck Turcotte, as long as he is there, you will continue to get my business, absolutely the best salesman I've ever dealt with. Bill in finance is a true gentleman and made the experience truly easy and stress free. Joel in service has gone above and beyond to insure that I get my service done in a timely fashion, his advice and knowledge are greatly appreciated!

Blue marks on the edge of my door, assuming from hitting the hoist, and I was charged $48 for 2 wheel nuts that I said were in the centre console.

There is a definate lack of communication at his dealership. Unfortunately this seems to result in your customers being seriously inconvenienced. I have had to returned to the service several times and the work is still not done. Parts that were order to complete service arrive but I receive no call to make an appointment I have to call only to find out that the parts have been sitting there for days!.After purchasing several new vehicles at Laurentian Chrysler I would think I would receive better service. I was told last year when I was getting tires changed, I was told I had several fluid leaks. When I returned for then repair I was told they could findmno issues. I was also told I needed to have the brakes flushed when the car only had 36000km.
