Experienced discrimination at this location and dishonesty , very poor service. Do not use this location trust me.

We did experience significant delays in the delivery of our new Q5 due to unforeseen issues, however, Nick, Max and team worked very hard to resolve going the extra mile. In the end we were happy customers and loving our new vehicle.

I find this dealer (Audi Ottawa) highly recommendable. To date, I purchased 3 vehicles from them and looking forward to the next one. I always found the sales, service and parts staff to be extremely professional and helpful. They will often go out of their way to accommodate patrons. Most recently, I faced some "technical issues" while trying to show my daughter how to swap tires (lock nuts completely stripped and stuck with mix matched summer and winter wheels on). I drove there to find Giuseppe at service who took good care of us even if we had no appointment. We were back out on our way in no time and we are extremely grateful. Thanks again Giuseppe!

Really awesome experience, Romy, Mustafa and Chelsea are all so professional and lovely to work with. Romy has great intuition, and has a natural ease about her that really made me feel comfortable, and taken care of. Mustafa is super organized and efficient, love that! Chelsea was awesome, you can tell she loves her part of the experience. There is a really nice energy at Audi Ottawa, I am so excited to be a part of the Audi family now. Coming from Elite BMW and owning BMW’s for the past 18 years I am so thrilled to move on. Audi Ottawa was definitely the right choice. Also, I freakin love my new car!!!!! Thanks guys!!!!
