I was in a market looking to upgrade my wife’s vehicle then this Sun Valley Honda in Medicine Hat popped out as a recommended ads on Facebook. I just give it a shot to inquire via email about this 2023 Honda CRV sport and the rest was history. Scheduled and Drive to the dealership for a test drive and People there are very nice and friendly, as soon as you entered the building you can feel the positive vibes. Starting from sales Yuvi who politely and patiently answered all my queries and guide me until the approval of my financing application with the help of Keith from finance who processed the paperwork. He then explained everything in the paperworks detailed by detailed. Then we’re off the final stage which is delivery, Savanah from sales demonstrated and explained everything all about the special features of the vehicle made sure we are confident enough to drive the vehicle before handing out the key. So if you are planning to shop for a new ride, Sun Valley Honda at Medicine Hat was a great place to consider.

Had my vehicle serviced multiple times. I appreciated how when my bottom electrical cables were chewed by rodants, that they wrapped in special plastic to prevent such issues in future. At a reasonable price too. They have transparent detailed billing and friendly accommodating staff. Also the mechanics seem very knowledgeable and experienced. Also when getting winter tires put on they topped them up with air. Found that nice.

I went in to get my vehicle serviced and was rudely greeted the manager Jody! Absolutely appalling customer service skills and not to mention how she treats and speaks to her her staff! I will not be back and highly suggest her position is reviewed

Shout out to Denny at Sun Valley Honda for helping out my daughter when her car was having issues with the ignition. He notified his staff that the car was being towed in and to try and get repaired as soon as they could. Being that the car was towed in on a Friday morning, they quickly diagnosed the issue and provided 2 different estimates on the repair required. My daughters Service Advisor was Tara and she was amazing. Consistent communication and provided the pros and cons of each estimate. We decided to go with the higher estimate knowing that it was the right thing to do based on Tara’s educational recommendation. The car was fixed by Monday end of day and my daughter is back on the road allowing her to get to work. GREAT JOB SUN VALLEY HONDA !!!! And just to add a quick note. Denny was on holidays when he was asked to help us out, and he thankfully did. Thx Denny.

I gotta give props to this place, best service I’ve ever gotten. Brought my car in for a broken ignition and got it done very fast. Tara my advisor was super friendly and very helpful to all the questions and concerns I had and put a smile on my face. Denny the General manager personally helped as well with questions and concerns about my car, very friendly as well and gave me a discount on top of that. I couldn’t say any dealership is better than this one. Sun valley Honda, thank you for your hard work and time to fix my car!
