I bought a new Dodge Caravan off of Blayne this year. Blayne took the time to show me all the options, priced them all out and reviewed them with me and after that he didn't pressure me into any of them at all. He let me make my decision on my own, certainly not like other Dealerships. Blayne had the van ready and waiting when he said it would be and he even offered me the use of his own personal car if anything ever needed to be done on my new vehicle. I told him I worked far away but he didn't care, he said I could have his vehicle for the day. I was so happy with Blayne's dealings that I recommended him to a friend and she bought a new truck from him. She also said he was a great salesman that didn't use the pressure tactic. Krysta, the lady that helped me with the financing was also top notch. She thoroughly explained all the options, all the extras and again let me make my own decision without pressure. She was friendly and courteous, very refreshing to deal with. If you're looking for a new vehicle I highly recommend you see the team at Williamson Chrysler, they won't disappoint you! Amazing all-around experience, purchasing my first Jeep Wrangler from Blayne Winter, at Williamson Chrysler!! Within seconds of walking through the doors of this dealership for the first time, I was receiving my first (of what would be many) warm welcome from Joni Vaill and within minutes, I was meeting Blayne Winter. Blayne shared in my excitement to test drive a Jeep Wrangler for the first time. He was both friendly and knowledgable, and without placing any pressure on me at all, helped me figure out what exactly I wanted in a Jeep. All of Blayne's questions, answers to mine, and honest suggestions were so much appreciated during this process; I ended up wanting something very specific. With 2016 models no longer in production, Blayne communicated with me via email and phone with different options and possibilities; I knew that he was working hard in his search to find and get me exactly, what I wanted. Blayne - I absolutely, could not be happier with my Jeep, or with the service that I have received from you from day one. Thank you!!!! When I took delivery of my brand new Jeep, a number of other members of the team at Williamson Chrysler assisted in taking great care of me - Jeff McGuckin, Tyler Stievenart, Ash Ajmani, and Chris Waine to name a few. I cannot say enough good things about the team at Williamson Chrysler. Thank you for your professionalism and for your kindness. I've truly had a 'feels like family' experience here. I scheduled an appointment with them the other day, and when I got there I was told to wait. We waited for maybe twenty minutes without being offered a seat or any drinks. When their staff finally came out and greeted us, we were handed keys for the vehicle for a test drive. After the test drive, we went into their staff's office, however there was only one seat for both me and my boyfriend. I assumed he would offer us another seat, as that is common courtesy, but he didn't. So I had to stand while asking questions regarding the vehicle while their staff was seated comfortably in their chair. Obviously, this soon got pretty annoying. I definitely won't be purchasing a vehicle here.

I've had great dealings with the service department and no different dealing with the Sales Department. Went out of their way to get me into a truck I wanted. Would recommend to friends and family
