I had a wonderful experience purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Josh at Island Owl Mazda. I texted in the morning and received a response right away to book a road test for 2 hours later. Josh was friendly and knowledgeable and made the whole process extremely smooth. Five stars!

Owl Mazda staff took care of our concern to do a diagnostic test on our parking break system this past Friday, March 22nd. They provided a courtesy car for us while the car was being serviced. Our car was washed for us as well. We had a good experience and would definitely recommend Owl Mazda to any owners of Mazda vehicles on Vancouver Island.
