In March 2021, we purchased a car from Bank Street Kia, and we really enjoyed our experience. Our salesman, Justin Ifill, was awesome to deal with. He was patient, understanding and gave us the time to reflect. He also accommodated our busy schedule and needs as new parents with a baby. It was amazing to deal with a salesman who was not pushy, and instead showed great customer care by answering our questions and concerns. He also made sure to get back to us on questions that were not initially answered. Furthermore, our salesman was bilingual in English and French, which made our communication more comfortable. We highly recommend Justin Ifill and Bank Street Kia.

I bought a Kia Seltos from Bank Street Kia, wonderful customer service. This was my first time buying a car alone and I felt that I was in great hands. Everyone who works here is fabulous, I’m so happy with my Kia Seltos EX! That’s again to Sunny & Everyone is Sales; you all made this experience very easy and special for me.

This review goes out to the women who are afraid to go to dealerships (in general) to purchase a new or used car. I’m a single female in my early 30’s and I wanted to purchase a car for myself. I don’t know anything about cars but decided to do a bit of research on my own to see what I liked/disliked and that’s when I saw Bank Street Dilwari on Google. To be quite honest, buying a car should be exciting but being a female in a male dominated industry and hearing horror stories made me extremely reluctant to go by myself. I had a fear of feeling overwhelmed, pressured and taken advantage of which ultimately made me “borrow” my best friend’s husband and dragged him along with me so I would feel comfortable. (So sad to feel that way but unfortunately that’s the reality).. We were greeted warmly by Thomas who showed us a few options of used cars that I was looking at online. He truly gave us honest opinions and didn’t mind showing us the differences of features and prices between each car so I could make a comparable and educated decision. He was friendly, patient and kind and showed a huge interest in cars. He was more than happy to answer any questions that I and my friend had. We negotiated some of the terms which ultimately lead me to purchase a used car from this dealership. (Surprisingly, I thought my search was going to be long but this was only the 2nd dealership I went to...) When I decided to go for it, Thomas introduced us to a financing manager named Sunny. Sunny was professional, personable, knowledgeable, courteous and explained the benefits of extended warranty on the car. Not because he was trying to sell it to me, but because I was curious and it’s what best suited my needs. He also threw in some extra perks which I truly appreciated. Coming to pick up my car felt heartwarming. I was greeted by Thomas right away and he immediately brought me out to my new car. He sat down with me and showed me what worked on the car, helped me navigate certain features and made sure everything was in tip-top shape! I felt comfortable and excited. I knew I made the right decision and didn’t feel any guilt or most importantly, taken advantage of. He also offered to straighten out my licence plate which was a bit wonky LOL!! Not only did they agree to fix things on the car that were unseen and was noticed last minute, they didn’t even a bat an eyelash at my demands and wanted to help. Key word: “wanted.” Ultimately I didn’t feel like a nuisance or a burden. Overall, I left the dealership with a beautiful car. It may be used but it’s definitely an upgrade from a 2009 Toyota. I also left with a positive experience, something I honestly wouldn’t have expected at a dealership. I’m humbled and really grateful that these 2 gentleman (and my best friend’s husband) helped me make the decision in purchasing my new(used) car!! Thank you so much, Thomas & Sunny!! :)

Just bought a new Kia Rio 2020 EX here Thomas was a very nice and helpful salesman, had good advice on men's coats as well. Sunny managed to get me some good deals and stay within my price range. Overall happy with my new car.
