Impossible to book a service appointment. Website is down and can’t reach anyone for days. Why own a Volkswagen if you can’t get it serviced.

Gianna has an attitude and is seriously disrespectful anytime I called to find out what the status of my car was after no call backs, no follow up emails - nothing. She is too quick to transfer calls to someone's voicemail and does nothing at all to actually find answers for your situation. What is she there for? Honestly. She simply doesn't care. As for the service department, they make up prices on the spot. They will rob you on BASICCCC services, including oil changes or small repairs. Don't waste your time at this location at ALL.

I have just bought a new car from VW Bytek. They are very trustable, honest and kind Staff was great. Special thanks for Geoff, Jerry and Jennifer. They did the best for me. I strongly recommend this company.

We like our new Taos 2024. Geoff, our salesman, was exceptional. He knew about the car, honest, listened, and did not push us. We enjoyed the time he gave us and the ride. We were so pack of nerves, but all went good. The personnel are all nice and cordial. We would go back. Love our VW.

I had an amazing experience working with Nick at Bytek VW on the purchase of my 2024 Atlas! I did a lot of shopping around for a 3-row SUV and Nick and the team at Bytek were by far the most professional and knowledgeable dealership I worked with. A lot of other dealerships tried to pressure me into making a purchase, but Nick was super helpful and patient over the three visits I made before deciding on a car. He took the time to explain all my options but never steered me one way or another--I really felt like he was on my side and just wanted to help me get the best outcome for my situation. I ultimately ended up with a great deal on a great vehicle. I can't recommend Bytek VW highly enough!

Gonna have to give this place a fat 1 star. Called 3 times, left a msg. No returned calls. All I needed was an oil change. Gladly take my business elsewhere. EDIT: After response from bytek, a week later.. still haven't received a call back. Gianna should check her voicemaill more often hahaha.
