Impressed! Popped into the dealership today without an appointment because I had a bulge on the sidewall of my tire that was probably going to pop at any given moment. Alex was very helpful in parts and ordered me a new tire. Then I proceeded to service where Dusty and JR assisted me. Their knowledge and efficiency made the situation so much smoother. Dusty’s sense of humour while still maintaining his professionalism was an added bonus. JR then went out of his way to put on a spare tire for me since my new tire had to be ordered. I’m so impressed with how I was looked after and I look forward to returning to this dealership for all my service in the near future.

We recently had rust corrosion warranty performed on our Golf, they went above and beyond by not only washing the outside of the car thoroughly but cleaning the inside spotless as well, the entire process was flawless and completed within a very timely manner, I cannot say enough good things about the Bodyshop at ByTek.

I recently had a bad experience with the service department of VW Bytek. What happened is that I did my 75,000 km service less than two months ago. The service was basically an oil change and I was told everything is ok with my vehicle. Fast forward to this week where I got surprised with a check oil level light on my dash and the oil temperature was slightly above the average number. I rushed to a mechanic, and surprisingly the oil level was below minimum. 1.8L of engine oil had to be added. Not just a little bit below the safe range. It was below the minimum. I contacted the service department and got a negative response that I should just check my oil level regularly. Having the engine oil below the minimum in such a short time is something serious and it’s either the oil change was not properly, or there is something majorly wrong with my vehicle that’s consuming that much oil and they have no idea what’s going on. I won't get my service done at BW Bytek anymore, will look for another VW service department that are at least proactive when approached with such an issue.
