They ensured that every aspect of the process was clear and straightforward, and with added VW perks for loyalty, as a long-term VW owner and client at Bytek. All I’ve ever heard about Bytek is how great the service was. It’s my second VW, the first one i bought couple years ago from the dealership over in Gatineau, and the difference is night and day. I did business with Dilhan, who is a great salesman., and Everything went as smooth as butter. I Would recommend Bytek to anyone, anytime! 👌

Great experience here. No pressure, very transparent, and I drove away with exactly what I am looking for. The service department is also very good at what they do. They are pricey (but what dealership service isn't?) but the work they do is quality.
