I really can't say enough about how great my experience at Bytek Volkswagen was. I inquired online and was connected with Kris, who then helped me to set-up a test drive. He was very friendly, answered all of my questions and most importantly, he was not pushy unlike some of the other salesmen i've encountered at other dealerships. He made sure I got the exact car I wanted and took his time to explain the warranty and the features of the car. Being my first car, Kris really made sure that I had the best experience and it really felt like he shared the excitement with me. Kris is one of the main reasons why I chose to go with Volkswagen. He was never once pushy and gave me the time that I needed to make my final decision. If you are looking for a car, he is the man to call!

I was heading back to North Bay when my wipers stopped working on 2002 Jetta, so I stopped in at Bytek and Jenna was able to get my car in for service on short notice. Thank you Jenna and the rest of the service department at Bytek for the great service and getting me back on my way.
