I didn't purchase from them however they were pretty close to seal a deal with me. Kris offered me an amazing service and price and he's your go to man. Service department is awful tho.

My recent experience with the dealership showed once again that Bytek takes a friendly, informative and no-nonsense approach to selling/leasing vehicles. In stark contrast to many of its competitors, Bytek did not engage in the "nickel and dime" tactics that quickly weary a consumer looking for a new vehicle. Dealing with Bytek has always been a positive experience as this is the third occasion on which I have struck a deal with them. Kris Peshev, the sales consultant, and Rebecca Nickerson, the business manager, were excellent in answering my questions and handling the arrangements to effect the transaction. Andrew Crowe, the General Sales Manager, was very approachable and responded to any concerns that I had in a helpful and ultimately successful fashion. If all things remain equal, I have no doubt that I shall return to Bytek for my next vehicle.

We were very pleased with Dilhan Mendis at Bytek. A previous experience at another car dealerships involved a lot of time consuming haggling, disorganization on pickup day, and generally, long delays. Dilhan, and Bytek, made it breezy and they were both fair and efficient in their processes. This was meaningful to us.

Good dealership, parts, etc. I have interacted with the parts people, no issues, and friendly gentleman was there to answer all my questions. I also went in for an estimate because my car got reversed into. I got an estimate within 10 minutes. Be careful on the entry with you car though... Youre coming in from a 60(70?) Road to a short stop in the front parking spots

I'm not sure what happened to this dealership. Did ownership change or just new employees in parts and service. It's now terrible and I've been recommending this place for 15 years. Not anymore. Nobody cares or even pretends to care.
