Friendly service and nice cars. I did have to flag somebody down to get their attention, but they were surprisingly busy on a Wednesday evening. Calling in advance is probably a good idea.

Service department is awesome. Sales department needs some work. The sales guy I talked to could never give me a direct answer. He kept pushing me to see cars I wasn’t interested in. I felt like he took me for an idiot

Smooth process throughout. Our first VW (but definitely not our first car-shopping experience). Kris laid out all the "fine print" and explained all the options available. In the end we got exactly what we wanted, exactly when promised, with no surprises.
