I went to get my oil changed and was out of there in less then 20 minutes. Eric suggested a tire rotation for my next visit. Friendly and efficient!

the repair took longer than was expected

The car was brought in at 8:20 for a brake repair job, expected to take 1/2 day, when we called between 1:30 and 2:00, we were told the car was just going in for the brake inspection. Between 2:30 and 3:00 the brakes were going to get done and it should be done by the end of the day 5:00. At 5:00 we were told it would not be done until the next day and we could pick it up in the morning. I don't understand why it took so long for the car to get looked at if we had an 8:20 appointment to bring it in.

I came in for an oil change and to have bulb replaced in the turn signal. Eric greeted me in the express lane right away. He was very friendly and courteous. While I was waiting I weny to visit my sales lady - Shelley. Eric came and found me and showed me the dirty cabin air filters , so I also had them changed. My car was ready within it seemed like minutes. What was even better my oil change was N/C that day because I had used up my 5 changes on my key chain.

I have had a problem with my 2009 Jeep Patriot for a few months. Another dealership had been unable to find the problem. My first visit was very positive, my problem is fixed and I will continue there from now on, for all my vehicle needs. In particular, Jamie Renaud was courteous and professional.

My SUV needed overnight service and Dan arranged a loaner and all work completed on time.

My SUV is 7 years old and needed parts replaced and Dan made me feel confortable i was not wasting my money updateing my SUV. Dan also should me future updates that will need to be done in future even crawling under the SUV to take a picture of the issue for me to see.
