The oil was changed, the fluid levels were topped up, and lights were checked. Also during the inspection it was determined that the I had a problem with a tie rod and balls joints. I was given a quote to repair this issue.

Went in for an oil change early 7:30 am on June 3rd - 2 guys there - did absolutely nothing but change the oil. Never checked tire pressure or gap, lights, etc., but checked everything off on the bill as being done. I wasn't in the mood to argue, so I just left. Those 2 guys should not be working for you.

I arrived at Provincial Chrysler Saturday, June 07 at 8:00 am and the oil change service technicians took me in immediately and went over everything they were inspecting. Eric is very knowledgable and pofessional and I definitely have TRUST and recommend him to my friends and family.

I had to have my oil change and engine oil change. I was greeted immediately and told it would take approximately 15 minutes. Eric came to get me when the procedure was completed. They did a great job. I am very happy with the whole treatment I always receive at Provincial Chrysler and I love my Fiat.

Very satisfied with the quick service in the lube. Also, Dan was very helpful with issue I had with the radio. It was just a software update. Should be notified when service needs to be done on that. Other than that, very friendly staff.

Went for my first oil change since purchasing my new vehicle. I arrived mid-morning on a Saturday, was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was that day & was thrilled with how quickly I was in and out. All my questions were answered very thoroughly and I was extremely happy with the customer service of those who took care of me.
