the window fix was done very well however i am still waiting on a resolution for the paint and front bumper damage done while my truck was left with you for previous work done. Your service manager steve was to talk with the gm to resolve this.

I went to the dealership for an oil change. the service was quick, I waited in the comfortable customer lounge. The service manager explained in detail what was done to the van, and the areas that were inspected.

After just a few visits, Dan recognized not only my vehicle but he also recognized me personally. I don't know how he does it but he remembers so much about both of my cars and every service visit. Each visit starts with Dan listening to my concerns and informing me about known issues. It's good to know that that I can trust Dan for good advice every time I visit Provincial Chrysler for service.

When I took my vehicle in for service I was treated respectfully and with kindness. Dan was able to process my request quickly and get me to work on time. He was put me at ease with his smile and personality. Dan did a great job!

We were provided with information regarding the vehicles we were interested in, we discussed our payment options and were fitted with a vehicle that fit the description perfectly. We went on test drives and never felt like we were being pushed into a purchase. Our sales rep came in on his day off to carry out the transfer. The staff was excellent with our 5 months old son and everyone was very friendly and informative. Added information was given to us rewgarding warranties and what to ensure we obtain on our insurance. Overall the experience and service was fantastic.
