Everything went as planned. The drop off, the call to give me an update of the situation. When I came to pick up the car it was ready and smiles all around, that tells me people are happy. That is very important for me to see as a customer.

I brought my vehicle in for its regular Peace of Mind check up and regular maintenance that was required for the number of k's on my vehicle. This included; power steering flush, brake fluid flush, brake service (front and back brake calipers) and an oil change. Dan contacted me with the price of all of the above and an approximate time that the vehicle would be completed. Everything was done on time for the amount he quoted. I like the new print out on what was done and what will need to be done in the future.

We test drove a car Thursday evening with Kevin's assistance, and the purchase was completely done by the following afternoon. The service was thorough without being pushy, friendly without being schmoozey. Loved the service, love the car!!

I have no choice to get service there because of my Fiat but I will say I will never book an oil change again I will go through express and deal with Eric!! Very pleased how fast efficient and did not make me feel uncomfortable!!!

Professional and Attentive

Jamie represents the Provincial service operation very well. Always professional, whether in the early hours of the morning, afternoon, weekend. Jamie is knowledgeable in his role and provides excellent customer service. While having repeat issues with a brand new vehicle Jamie focused on correcting the issue and making the experience as easy as possible. He never, in my recollection, over promises or under delivers.
