Replaced radio system due to malfunction. Even though the appointment scheduled was for my other vehicle they made the adjustment and fixed the vehicle that I brought in. Needed the vehicle by 3pm and it was ready by 2. Excellent communication and service

I spent 1 hour while my Jeep was inspected and I was told that I needed a brake booster shield, per safety recall P14. I was told that the part had to be ordered and that when it was in, I will have to wait an additional 2 1/2-3 hours to have it installed. I don't know why I would have been sent a recall notice if Chrysler wasn't sure my car needed one. I don't know why your dealership doesn't have these parts in stock. I made an appointment, and advised of the recall. I realize there is no charge for this, but I think someone should take the customer's time into consideration.

Hi Don, I understand the frustration of the recall process, but unfortunately with limited supply for this recall, the dealership has been instructed to confirm that the part require replacing on your Jeep. For most recalls the vehicle parts are in inventory at the same time we do the recall. I am sorry for the inconvenience, we will do our best to accommodate you when the parts arrive. Udo Kiewitz

It was great to just pull in the quick lube lane. The mechanic greeting me was very polite. The oil change took no time, I was in and out in 30 mins which is a big plus when you have 2 young children with you. The service rep that took the payment was also very polite and professional. I have no doubt I will be getting my oil change there every time.

I wanted an peace of mind inspection done, oil change, tire rotation, cabin filter changed, wiper blades changed, alignment and check for a recall. I understand this is a lot of stuff to do but no excuse for how late my car was done. My appointment was for 10 am and dropped the car off at 9:30am and asked if I could come back and pick it up. I was told it wouldn't be ready until 5, now was this because I was leaving and coming back so not a priority. That's my bet! We said we needed the car for 3 pm no later. I was told I'll make a note. My phone wasn't working and missed a call saying the car would be done a little after 3. I was dropped off at 3 and was told the car was not done still needed alignment which takes 45 minutes apparently, so another HOUR. I was mad! Was offered a car so I could go home and then come back by 5 to get my car. Not feasible on that day and I live in Essex, not where I could pop home and back. I called to make sure someone would be there for my daughter and get her off to where she needed to go not knowing if I'd find someone. I said I could wait. Then an hour went by and got up to check on the car. Not done was told they are doing the wipers and cabin filter, ok that doesn't take long I thought. WRONG AGAIN! Another half hour and I went back to check and was told another 10 minutes. WHAT! I was furious now asked why it was taking so long when I had an appointment at 10am no excuse! Was told cars start at 7 am then we go from there. Well maybe you should book appointments based on how long it will take a car to get done and not just keep making appointments so people don't get their car when they need it. So went back and sat back down again another 20 minutes went by before I was told it was done. NOT PLEASED ! Was brought up to pay and that was it, no apology, no explanation about the recall or anything about my car, just here you go now pay! After an extra 2 hours of waiting for my car to get done I was extremely mad and wanted to just go home. I think my car was not started until after 3 pm because there is no excuses as to why it took so long to get done with an appointment at 10 am and it being there at 9:30 am. I have to go back I realize for the recall to be finished but otherwise I will never be back, and if it was up to me I would get the recall done somewhere else. I am also retelling my experience to everyone I know so they will think twice before dealing with this place.

When I arrived to get my oil changed I had some items I had to work on, on my computer. Eric took my keys for my car and with no hesitation said he would get the oil changed and come get me when it was done. He went above and beyond by looking up how many oil changes we had gotten before and realized that it was our 6th one and gave us a free oil change with the key chain. Buy 4, get the 5th free. I was expecting to pay for an oil change and it was a very nice surprise to not have to.

The only complaint I have is when I had an appointment for a pick up at 9:30 and didn't get picked up till 10:15 . Was not very happy about that

Quick, friendly and knowledgeable staff. My vehicle's oil change took only 5 minutes. Staff explained up coming maintance to be expected as kilometers increase.

Provided routine maintenance quickly and professionally. Staff were either courteous or indifferent. Eric explained the cost breakdown when I had a question and was happy to make a minor adjustment when I noticed a small error.

took my fiat in for an oil change and tire rotation--was acknowledged almost immediately when i pulled in--work was done very quickly, and i was updated about half way through the process by starr

I was advised by email that my vehicle had defective sensor, assume it was replaced???? I was advised I had a dirty air filter - why was it not changed? Why did the service advisor call to ask that it be changed. Does this affect the engine on alarm light? I contacted service advisor via phone, she called me I was unavailable to answer the call, I then left a message with front desk operator at provincal, for the service advisor to call me back, never received a phone call back... I left the vehicle with Provincal all day, I was without a vehicle friday all day. I picked up the vehicle on saturday, alarm was gone, drove vehicle home. Never drove it until sunday, when driving alarm was back on.....again What was the problem, sensor, air filter, I brought vehicle in to be repaired, I dont have time to make repeated service calls....Still have the alarm on my dash board.................. I have regular vehicle oil changes at 5,000km, I get tires rotated only by Provincal, when making the appointment the staff person mentioned I had a recall on the brake booster, she had no records of my service done at provincal, she advised me I better bring the vehicle in for service. I am very strict on service to prevent problems. Why doesnt the girl have access to records?? I was very upset to find there was no recall on the brake booster. Why give mis information to your customers????? No too pleased..................... Ed
