Friendly knowledgeable Staff. No haggling and game playing. Any maintenance issues addressed quickly and without hassle. We've purchased several vehicles over the years, not a lemon in the any of them. Business is local and returns support to the community.

Salesman very polite and curtious. Explained everything to about warrantys and service. Would buy there again. What i liked most is you could go look st what you wanted and test drive with no hassels

Staff were very friendly, and helpful. The only thing that would have made it better, would be all things needing fixing, would have been done before I picked up the car so I didn't have to make an extra trip.

The staff at Haldimand motors made my wife and I feel very relaxed and at ease while we were shopping for new vehicles. We both bought a vehicle and are very happy. Your employee's helped us make wise decisions on purchacing extra items for the vehicles , like extra insurance , anti rust system ect. I visited your facility several times in the last couple of months as I tried to find a suitable car. I was very impressed with the pleasant atmosphere and the helpful staff. I was able to drive as many cars as I wished until I found the one that I liked. I settled on a 2012 Ford Escape. It is in excellent shape and is expertly detailed. I am very happy with my decision. The little things count ... excellent professional service, without the usual invasive salesmanship I have encounter in past car purchases ... and the extras - new tires, full tank of gas, and mechanical thoroughness before I picked up the car. Your dealership has always had an excellent name both through advertising and word of mouth, but our experienced proved that to be true. I purchased feeling confident that I got a fair deal. However I found it unusual that we only got one key as both my wife and I will be driving it.

I love that you can test drive any car and have no pressure to buy. You can take the time you need and feel good about your decision. All of the staff at Haldimand are great!! We have purchased 3 cars from Haldimand so far and have had 0 issues!! We will continue to shop here
