The service dept is badly managed. Good techs, poor managers. This VW dealer could not solve the problem with my VW car. They were essentially hoping I would go somewhere else. I had to persist - kind of a strange notion of customer service from the dealership that sold me the car to begin with. I had to go back 6 times!! Poor communications skills from the service reps.
