Best service I've ever had at a car shop :) My mechanic, Eve and his friend, are miracle workers. Courteous, kind, and truly helpful. They exceeded my expectations. My car is shining again. They worked with my budget and had me back on the road in no time. A legit business. Thank you so much. You saved me. Hopefully I have no more problems :l

I purchased my Passat at this dealership in 2013. Although I was happy with the purchasing process (more or less), it's the service I received when I brought the car in for its various issues that was the disappointment. One time, my airbag light came on. I brought the car in to Bytek and was told that the entire steering wheel, horn and airbag system needed to be replaced. This was under warranty (car was less than a year old) but the parts needed to be ordered in which I was told by service rep would take over a week. I was told to drive home WITHOUT A WORKING AIRBAG and not offered a rental, despite the dangerous condition of the car. I had planned a trip to Toronto so I unfortunately drove all the way there and back without a horn and without airbags. Another time the car's sunroof wouldn't stop popping open while I was driving on the highway, nearly coming off. Another visit to the Bytek service and I was told to "tape down the sunroof" and drive around like that until the parts came in. I took the car to Hunt Club VW and they offered me a rental immediately. I was also told once at Bytek (again car was a year old) that I needed new brakes (?!?) that would cost me $800+. No respect for safety at this dealership.
