I like the personal touch that the Genesis guys have for their clients. Josh is always a great help. The service is excellent and the response time is good! I got two vehicles from them with a great help from Wade. He is passionate about Genesis and I feel like a member of a Genesis lovers club every time when there. ) Great communication and service!

Very awful management and customer service. Better to find another Hyundai dealership. You will think that after spending a lot buying a car from them, they will treat their customers better but that's not the case here.

Extremely terrible service, zero customer service or empathy. They don't care about your time or value your business... they are totally exploitative and have no interest of the customer at all. Zach was so unwilling to assist with my concerns and I was treated so cruelly

One of the worse Hyundai service centers ever! I wonder how Hyundai allows that center to function! Their service is so unprofessional and their customer service is crap! They treat you like crap I had a repair done and had some complaints, they did not get back to me and treated me so badly! Managers and supervisors all the same! Never got back to me! Absolutely crap service

Don't provide shuttle services when dropping vehicles, plus always have late appointments. Winnipeg hyundai much more accommodating.

Just bought a 2025 Santa Fe from Tony Dang of Murray Hyundai. I am not a fan of the car buying process but I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was dealing with Tony. He had and continues to have unending patience with my born in the fifties tardiness at grasping the new technology. He himself is very tech savvy and very good at explaining it all to those of my age. He extended the invitation to call or text him with any questions about the operation of my new car and he is delivering on that offer. My experience with Murray Hyundai as a whole was very good in that everything Tony promised got delivered. Even upon closing the deal although the sales manager explained additional options available, I was pleasantly surprised by the absence of unwanted upsale pressure. All in all I am so satisfied with my car purchase I will be recommending Tony Dang and Murray Hyundai to family and friends looking for a car. Tom ANDERSON

Called in with a question for a mechanic as I bought my car at this dealership but I wasn’t even heard out completely before being rejected service by a desk worker ( not a mechanic) as my car was a Kia which is sold at this dealership and was purchased from the very same dealership super frustrating and horrible customer experience
