The service falls far short of matching the quality of Audi products

It was my first experience with servicing an Audi and I guess I expected better. Check in took over an hour, mostly waiting for the loaner I had booked. I expected the loaner to be an Audi not a Chevy Track. The work was to be done by 4PM, but was only ready the next day. Even then I had to return when I noticed that they had failed to provide and install the winter matts I had purchased.

Change of Tire. Car was ready at the desired time. They also gave me a call to mentioned it was ready ahead of time. It took me 6 minutes to pick and pay for my car service and cleaned! wow

Best buying experience at a dealership.

This was by far the best buying experience at a dealership for me. I have owned many cars and bought from many dealerships. This was no hassle, no stress, and no pressure. Blair took his time to explain all the features of the used A4 I was buying, and answered all my questions. He was very friendly and professional. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking for an Audi. Loving my brand used Audi, thanks Blair!

I shopped around a lot for my last Audi, checking in with pretty much every dealer within a 3 hour radius. I'm from Montreal and ultimately chose to buy from Mark's in Ottawa because they were the most competitive and accommodating by far.
