Our experience with Mark Motors Audi and specifically, Zel Lazovic exceeded all expectations. He listened to our specific needs, was extremely patient as we took our time to finalize our car purchase (over 4 weeks) and ensured we had all the information required to make a qualified purchase we were confident with. From the sales cycle, to purchase, to pick up and now on to service, Mark Motors has been outstanding. We wont purchase elsewhere again and in this highly competitive climate, they are simply the best. Thank you Zel!!

The Audi cars have always lived up to expectations.Fun to drive,reliableand all around great. The service dept. is accomodating,but service is rarely required. Many of my friends drive Audi purchased at Marks on my recommendations and they are also pleased. Next year we plan to trade my wife's 2013 Q5 for the expected upgraded version of 2018. We can't wait to see what we have instore for us!

I felt special liked a belonged. A big contrast from my salesperson. Interestingly as I walked past him, it was like he did not know me. In my industry I would have no return business if i acted in this fashion.

Pleasant and very helpful sales by Zel and easy finance with Elmira. I'm a second time A4 owner (2010 & 2017). Also able to influence my friends did the same... Wish I get some referral benefit from doing my job to promote Audi.

Confused as to which event to which you are referring, Purchase or service???

I have great concern over a number of issues that seem to be rather new , uncommon and losing a fee steps compared to the last 35 years I have been a customer of Mark Motors and I would like a personal meeting with Les Swerdfeger or Michael Mrak to privately air my deepest of concerns. What the hell is going on at Audi Canada and downward. You can do whatever you want but know what Louie would have said. There is definitely a an overall lack of cohesion and taking responsibility for such a fine automobile and the whole experience. Pride seems to be the slave of the pay checque and not sustaining the fine experience you once had, not just pockets of fine experiences. I am hoping this can be addressed and turned around before it becomes a bunch of disjointed misfits masquerading as a fine experience. Sometimes you ring the bell and others you are winded halfway up the hill. Specifics to be revealed in camera.

I told Brian what I was looking for so he brought some vehicles home for us to try also once decision was made he brought our paperwork to us for final signature. When it was time for our oil change he even offered to bring our car in. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle
