Updated early to a current Q5 with additional safety options and were treated with a can do attitude that showed willingness to conduct a fair deal that we were satisfied with. Only regret is we couldn't order our Porsche from Blair (although Simon is equally satisfying to deal with).

My experience with actually buying my car was great. The service when i came to pick up my new car was not so great. The car is so Itech (i had a corolla 2009 before that) so I'm not used to any of the tech in the car. I thought she was going to show me everything but she didn't. I had to figure out by myself. But the rest was excellent, my first oil change/service was great.

The purchase of my S4 at Mark Motors was a positive one. Andrew seemed to be upfront about everything. Only thing I would change is the amount of paperwork that needs to be signed. These days, with green being the go-to word of the day, signatures on files can be done electronically thus avoiding the need to print off mounds of paper that will never be read in the future.
