A Truly Enjoyable Experience!

Brian worked tirelessly to understand my wants and needs, and find me the vehicle that fit those requirements. He was accommodating, patient and thorough over the course of a few separate visits, always listening to my feedback and putting me at ease. At each visit, I felt that I was his priority and felt valued. The visits were comfortable and enjoyable. Brian took the time I needed, went above and beyond my expectations, and put me into the vehicle I really wanted. The care I received at pick-up was excellent and personal. I will not hesitate to recommend Brian and staff. I look forward to seeing them all again. -Emily Fisk

Wonderful service, and I loved the flowers and the follow-up email. A pleasant experience. My first Audi. However, I wished that I had ensured that the Q3 had an automatic garage door opening function (price of manual $398) and also that it would automatically adjust seat position etc to individual drivers.

Enjoyed working Eric very much. A pleasure to deal with. Manager was not so pleasant. This was my second car with Audi and the Manager was able to make any comments. Was focused on the Blue Jays not the car experience. Again Eric was a true professional

I had my winter tires installed. I went back twice because tires were not balanced properly and the car was shaking. I will have to go back a third time because car is still shaking on the highway.
